Anyone managed to get Bludomain to do a re-install of
the same template?
I had some problems with mine....somehow something got corrupted.
I am getting a message".....PHP script /xxxxx.php is protected by SourceGuardian and requires the SourceGuardian loader ixed.5.2.lin. The SourceGuardian loader has not been installed, or is not installed correctly. Please visit the SourceGuardian php encoder site to download required loader...."
Since i dont know what this means and couldnt decipher the instructions how to install the "loader", I had to ask Bludomain to help me address the problem.....telling them to give me a quote for the job.
Guess what.....absolutely no responce from them.
Anyone experiencing this problem?
Never heard of it, but I'm on their server. Where are you hosting at? How long ago did you contact them, and did you contact them through their online "support request"?
I'm getting the same issue when I try to access the admin section. I think it has to do with the web host. Who are you hosted with?

1)I am hosting with Dreamhost.com.....i must say they started well but now, things are really going down the drain. Server down 3 times last couple of months. MSQL disabled but they forgot to reset ...etc.....
They insist that this was NOTHING to do with them.
I am now looking for new host.
2)I contacted Bludomain 3 weeks ago thru their regular corresponding email with me, that is " [email protected]
3) I just did the "support request" online. I hope there is a difference.
My gut feel is that it is more to do with host server. But i really dont know , some of these instruction to install the Guardian loader is so gibberish that I just cant follow it.
They worked over the weekend and restored the admin panel....
Well done guys!
I am truly relieved.
So here it is guys, Bludomain support ticket did the trick
I complained when they werent doing good,
so now they did a great job and deserved praise
