p.1 #2 · Before there was an operation chaos

Hello jimmywires,

Thanks for posting something different here on the forum.

I have some questions of curiosity that may get more responses to your post and more comments. My questions are sincere. I hope you will answer.

#4 image really looks like something from the war. That guy sure looks the part with the beard flowing in the wind etc..

Where was this?

Do the re-enactors have to have two uniforms (one gray one blue) so they can have 'opponents' in the battle? Do they 'flip a coin' or something to know what role they play? Or are there "yankee" units all over the south too?

Do the re-enactors have to be told when they are supposed to play dead? Are they told ahead of time? Or does someone designate them during the battle?

How is that done?

Ok heres my 2cents. Its just my opinion so feel free to take it or leave it

1 is ok. Not great or anything but ok.

2 is looking very soft (at least to me).

On 3 since the focus is on the man in the back I would expect him to be exposed a bit better. Overall the shot feels a bit underexposed.

4 is brilliant. I completely love it. The whole composition (including the dead opponent to the right) is just perfect. Really nice shot.

5 feels a bit underexposed to me as well.

#4 is straight from central casting. Excellent.
