These are great! What super cool curves in the hills! I think #2 might be my favorite. I like the contrast of colors and curves in it. #3 would be my favorite, and maybe still could be, but it's a bit soft, especially in the foreground hill. Other then that, I really like that one a lot!
These are imaginative compositions, Dan. I like the simplicity of the first, perhaps a little less of the earth in it. Number 2 would be my next choice, even better without the background landscape behind the slope of the hill. Nicely done.

These are very cool, Dan! I really love the 3rd, followed very closely by the 2nd. Very creative, some would say dangerous, compositions, but I find them all quite engaging and very appealing.
(You might want to clone the aerial line in the upper right corner in the 2nd)
I don't know how I missed the power line snippet!
I also missed a dust bunny in two shots that
ScaryFox pointed out.
My first dust bunny on my 40D in six months.
Changing lenses in windy conditions probably.
Jim - The softness is my fault for using the tele w/o
tripod collar in windy conditions. At only 200mm
I thought I could get away with, guess not.
So I am dangerous
I have wanted to go up to this spot at sunset and
work with the clouds and hills.
I will revisited as long as the clouds cooperate.
