(Deleted my koi posting; it was my 2nd concept and I didn't think I'd have time to get over to the stables, but I did yesterday. Thanks to those who left such nice comments.)
You sure have lots of fun stuff around you. Very nicely shot. The different patterns in the wood, the lighting, the DOF and of course the cute horsey!! Overall splendid. But wouldn't expect anything less from you.
Excellent take Beverley, although the angle has made his eyes look a bit like Flibbles helium addict. He also has a knowing sort of smile as well. Keep this one.
Dennis: I didn't have to lay down on the floor this time, thankfully. I held my camera down near the floor and pointed it back up and aimed it at the horse, hoping he'd be in focus. It worked great and I stayed clean, for a change.
I was going to say great shot with lovely tones. Then I realized...
This horse is on the same helium experiment as Flibble's cat! This one's turning into some weird cattle-camel hybrid! It's a world-wide conspiracy! (...runs away screaming..)
Although i liked the Koi (for obvious reasons) I think your right that this fits the WA. Great angle and love the smile on the horses face How did you get him to do that
Also i love the title it works so well with the shot. so all round that has to be
Take care
Mark
Great shot Bev,
I really like the lighting and the perspective. The horse's prominent whiskers and his eyes gives it a whimsical edge. Really nice work, perfect for the WA.

Beverly,
Great composition! And perfect focus right on his nose. (Is he smiling?)
I really loved your koi photo, but I think this is more of an "Unusual angle" shot.
Great job.

(Hope I can come up with something today.)
Thank you everyone!!! Been so busy haven't had time to respond, but I so appreciate all the nice comments.
He wasn't smiling I don't think. Just part of the unusual angle makes it appear that way! They kind of have upturned mouths anyway. Here's another fun one of him!!
