Just a question.
I have seen a similar picture before on a different site in the past. Are toppling phoneboxes a common problem, or is this some kind of permanant installation somewhere?
Either way, this makes a good entry for the Weekly assignment!

Hi Eager,
The Phone boxes have been in Kingston upon Thames, England for many years so im not surprised if youve seen them before, as to whether its common for falling over ive not heard of a case before. They are of course now being fazes out over the country so they wont exist anymore. A friend of mine actually bought one as an antique and has it put in his garden.
Take care

Really nice capture Mark, great choice of angle. It's kind of sad to think they'll be a thing of the past soon. All the ones I see have signs saying they no longer accept coins.

This is great,
I love the use of selective color, the bright red really looks sharp. Nice work.

Great sculpture and clever angle. Antiques indeed and they've been around a long time from memory.
Thankyou they have been around a long time, even longer than me i remember using one on my way back from school to shelter from the rain.
Take care

Sad it is indeed to see them go, they were one of our great icons.
Thankyou for looking in
