The same applies to Jerry in this case, everybody has their own workflow with which they are more then content. Nobody would be working that way they unless they feel it's the best way, maybe not the best way for everybody or every situation but best for them at that point. And no sorry but with ACR you can not accomplish the same as in LAB. Not saying LAB is necessarily better just different. Live and live guys.
