Great shots and wonderful looking animal Doug. I didn't even know that you can find wolves in Mexico. We learn everyday
By the looks of your photos you were stalking him, and he was stalking you
Thank you Nello. I'm not sure of the wolves status in Mexico, all of the ones they have released have been in Arizona and New Mexico. They were the ones doing the stalking, I was just standing there.
Wonderful series, some great shots here. Amazing how in all of them you captured them thinking, well at least thats what I get from the expressions. I really like 8, somehow that connects with me.

Doug, you did a great job on all of these, looking forward to the rest of the series. We have some Mexican wolfs at a zoo near by, I have photographed them before, but the only way to do so is through a window again very nice series.
Thanks Chad. I was lucky to get in the enclosure with them, it was a fun day!

Than you Tim. The were very inquisitive, keeping their distance at first, but after a while came very close to check me out. I also was wondering what they were thinking!

Thanks Anthony. It was fun getting to go inside the fence, and no I wasn't "sccceeeaaaared ". I used the 100-400mm on some, and got full frame shots at 170mm, I'll post those later.
