Gorgeous bird. I like the pose in the first one, I don't like the blurred branch is somewhat distracting to me. The birds right foot looks a bit off, PP? I really like the face in the portrait. Nice images.
Thanks Tim. You're right about the foot. There was a small branch in front of it that I cloned out. In fact, if you look close there is some sloppy cloning in front of the bill that I'm going to clean up and repost.
Congrats on your capture. I would have liked to see the first shot focused on the eye of the bird, but love the pose etc. Second shot is a very nice portrait.
