I am looking to create a coffee table photo book. One example is blurb: http://www.blurb.com/home/1/ I can't use their program on my computer. I only have Mac OS 10.3.9
I am looking for reccomendations for other publishers. I want to create a hard-bound book with a printed photo jacket, preferrably with minimal midline crease for full-page bleeds. What publishers would you reccomend? Who have you used?
