But why not be gentle and correct his skintone a litlle bit.
Not to much. You can leave a litlle bit of the red (alcohol)
But it would balance out the shot
Check for reference the skintone on the back of his right hand or the top of his forehead.

I do agree that his skin tone is a bit red, however it did not print that red.
