My comments are not criticism of you, your model or your talent. I add them here to help you if I can with a different set of eyes.
The girl is very pretty. The image is pretty too.
Great expression.
There is shadow noise in beside her jaw that looks like beard stubble or splotchy skin and is probably a result of PP.
The flowers appear to be 'pasted on' the image. Her hand appears flat on her forearm, yet the flowers project. This may be a POV illusion. Or it could be they were sharpened too much for the rest of the image, etc...
No offence taken at all. I am probably going to enter the image to WPPI 8x10 or 16x20 so any thoughts that may improve the image are good.
I think sometimes when we have been close to an image some things become invisible to us until pointed out.
The shadow noise does look like beard stubble and i had missed that so thank you.
The PP on the image i used a cross process action that i then faded back to 45% then added the dragen effect which i then also faded to arounf 45% from memory.
you should try Noiseware.
you can download a demo or buy it at Imagenomic.com, it's so useful.
If you buy the standard edition you can even batch your work.
it REALLY works to take away noise, and it smooths out the complexion of skin.
Let me know if you want me to run your photo through Noiseware and repost it so you can see the results.

You can notice the biggest difference in her chin area, where in the non-filtered it looks almost like stubble, and in the filtered copy it is smooth and looks like a shadow.
