The first one is an interesting pouty pose. Unless that's the look you were going for, you could try a different conversion mix to tame the bright highlight on the side of the face. The pink skin will go white if you're using channel mixer and have a high red percentage, backing off on that can bring down the brightness a few notches.
The third one could probably stand on it's own withouth the crackle effect, maybe cropping a little off the bottom, I like how the sun is falling on her face. I looked at your gallery, the ones with people interacting together on the streets are always interesting.
Thanks for the tips, I was going for something a little artsy with these, as they weren't going to be razor sharp at 500mm handheld. That's 1000mm @35mm equivalent! Figured I'd do something a little out of the norm in terms of the processing. Cheers!
