Thank you everyone for the comments. One thing that made this shot a lot easier to take was LiveView. Sticking my whole body out the car at that speed was too tricky.
To me it conveys the strangest of atmospheres with the artificial light and the entirely artificial place that's shown (the tunnel). And the blurred vision like after a few beers or a glass of wine too much. It does very much evoke memories to a place I used to live in and the trips home from town in taxis on Saturday nights there. So it even has a bit of a 'homey' feel about it.
