p.1 #1 · Metering for birds, squirrels, etc...in winter
I have been shooting alot of birds and red squirrels lately with my 300L from my office window. I actually had the window in my office put in so that in the winter I would have an unobstructed view of my feeders and the trees in my backyard. Since we have so much snow here in NH and it's getting brighter out does using Partial metering really make a difference since the background I am shooting against is so bright? I have always been a center-weighted type of guy, but I wonder if it really makes a difference. Thanks.
