Just thought I would pass along a few photographs taken at previous "Festival of Owls" event located in SE Minnesota (Houston). The event is held every year in late February/early March:

Those are gorgeous owl shots. All of them. I am partial to barred owls, so that one is my favorite, but they are all great pictures.

Nice owls Alan, I've been trying to get some owls in flight in my area and they are pretty tough

Owls in flight are pretty hard unless you can find a cooperative day-time owl like a short-eared:

All great, but I have to say I put the Eastern Screech owl first. Just love the feel of that shot.
