p.1 #1 · Obama in Seattle

Barack Obama came to Seattle today for a campaign rally stop, attracting a capacity 18,000 people to Key Arena. Several thousand people turned away at the door stayed to hear Obama's speech, which was played over loudspeakers.

I was one of those thousand people. So when people began shouting "he's here, he's here!" I ran as fast as I could. Obama appeared in front of the crowd and delivered a short five minute speech. He thanked everyone for staying, noting "this is as large a crowd as any we have seen."

Nice piece of storytelling with good captures. Would make an effective magazine layout (enlarge key photos, inset others). 'Glad you made it in. Shot like a phojo.

i think the most photojournalistic shots are the one with the young support and blurred figures walking by her and the shot of the sign with a pigeon/sea gull (but you want to think it's a dove) flying past-nice shots
