Thanks Roger. Good luck finding them owls.
Awesome portrait! I'm glad you were able to find these owls again, I remember your owlets from last year, they were remarkable. Let's hope for a productive season again.

Beautiful Shelley! They should be hatching soon....
Thanks Jody... don't believe this pair has laid the eggs yet. I'm keeping a watch out to see where this years nest will be. I hope I will be fortunate enough to see them nest in as easily accessible nest as last years.

WOW, Shelley, that was fast work! Earlier in the day I remarked on your deer post that I was hoping for a new owl family this year. Beauties, both - will be anxious to see if a family comes to pass.
Hmmm... I wonder if I can get such satisfying results that quickly if I tell my wife I want a new D3 and a 600mm f4 VR!?
Hah, thanks Chaz. It was actually funny when you mentioned the owls in the previous post as I had JUST gone out and relocated the owls for this years go at it, so thought I would post them for your sake. Now, if I can capitalize on another opportunity.
Also,, good luck with the 600, and D3... you never know.

Thanks kindly Laura... I am keeping my eye on the pair. As of this morning, they haven't nested.

Lou
Thanks Lou.... there are alot of trees in the area that they can pick to nest in, and some of them are really not to approachable, so I am hoping for another tree by the roadside.
