Socrate, excellent work on all of these. The cardinals and downies are very sharp, and the lighting on the nutrias is amazing considering the situation you were working with. #1 and #4 are my favorites of this group. Keep them coming!
Socrate I tried my best to pick one but I just couldn't...all of them are really special. # 1&2 great colour&sharpness and lovely bird!
# 3 I like the comp. and the Dof perspective a lot! and wonderful bg as well! where did you get that blue in the background? it works really well IMO
The nutria shots are so cool! i've never seen a wild one. I just love its pose in #5 w its little hands and chubby body what a great capture!
I'm so envious of you guys..you have all these variety of wildlife around your home (or at least close by). I live right smack in downtown Milan so you can imagine what wildlife I see every morning outside my window:
1. Smog - an illusive grey / dark brown beast
2. Traffic - noisy " little " fella'

Ah, the cardinal does it for me Socrate... probably one of my favorite birds. Maybe because I never see any in real life,, so love this post. Thanks for sharing
Another wonderful series Socrate, the detail, colors, bgs are all excellent! Superb job on the dining rat, even though it was shy. Favorites are 1, 4 and 8.

Socrate, your bird shots never disappoint. But your pictures of the nutria "handheld," using a "flashlight" to illuminate....is truly impressive. And he's a cute little bugger.

Love your Cardinals Socrate, as we don't have them in our neck of the woods, and your Downies are great, but you are one smart cookie (I already knew that) to use the flashlight setup to get that shot of the Nutria, well done my freind. Verno
Thank you, Verno. I've already used that flashlight setup for Possums at night.
