My first attempt at this...simple lighting (light was from one window with a white sheet under baby for some fill), and a simple smile from childhood.

Too cute.
Using an adorable baby is cheating. (just kidding.)
You have nice focus here and captured a great expression.
I would suggest making the crop ABOVE her head instead of having it touch the head or going through it.
