Are you talking about something like printroom.com? There are several if so.
I use printroom and have been very happy with them. Others are photoshelter, dotphoto, and smugmug to name a few.

Very reasonable on "commission" and processing fees. Gives you the option to have orders either sold from the site or allow you to process the photos when they are ordered.
Also look at Photoreflect.com. No monthly fees, A larger than some of the others surcharge of handling the sell and the ability once you review the order for you to send the correct images to the lab and the lab with drop ship it to the client.
Like most they use a propriatory software to upload. the ones that don't tend to have higher fees.
Almost to the point if you wish to upload the web galleries from lightroom or another app that creates web galleries you need to have your oown web site and domain. Or I haven't found the one that do not charge over $100 a year that will let you, most are around $20-50 a month and $200 to $500 a year..
