Should the combination of using Epson paper & Canon printer such as the Pixma Pro9500 work well? What would I do about the color profiles, i doubt epson would make a color profile to work with a Canon printer.
Probably but you will have to have custom profiles made. Type "ICC profiles" into Google and you will find lots of info on profiles, colour management and where to have them made.
Booksmart Studio, www.booksmart.com/store/ has a few profiles for Epson paper / Canon printers, mostly IPF5000 don't know about the pro9500. Worth a call. All of their profiles I have used are 1st rate.
