I'm a canon shooter, but I found a Minolta 2800AF Flash @ the salvation army today for cheap, and was able to fire a few test flashes.
Looking around I'm not finding a lot of info on this flash, and was wondering if anyone had anything to say on it. I'm hoping to use it off camera along with a vivitar 285 once I get a set of radio triggers.
My questions:
I noticed the hot shoe wasn't the same size as the one on my Canon cameras, when mounting this off camera will it be an issue?
I measured the trigger voltage and its less than 2v, is this normal?
