Well - when I started following this thread it definitely had a period, (.) and only a period, (.) as it's title. Thats a fact. The rest of my post is a theory.

Chrono, did you ever get a chance to check with the management of the Museum, and find out if anyone was in there working? If there was someone there, then we have an answer. If not, whoopee, we got a good one goin!!
Yes, good question. You could certainly post the answer to that without having to upload any other photos. Let us know.
UPDATE! The groom went and asked and he was told that there is only an office worker that comes in when the mansion is closed (we saw her she charged us $50 for taking pictures) and that she doesnt know who is in the photo (apparently she said it was too difficult to see the kids facial features in the photo) but its not the first time people have asked about different people showing up in pictures!!!!!!!!!
The groom has pretty much 0 imagination so I doubt hes pulling my leg. This is just so cool! I really hope its not a real kid. As for shots still not able to upload. Infact prob by new years I wont be able to get on the site at all until R and R cause its getting blocked (or at least its on the list) :'( But dont fear when R and R rolls around Ill be home for 2 weeks and upload the raw files to a file share site and you all can download to your hearts content! And of course youll have the full jpeg and bracketed shots on here as well

No worries about that .. we used to run a "haunted house" a few years ago and had four really cool battery operated cardboard pop-up faces on a timer that made an apperance every 3 and a half hours in different windows.
Scared the s*it out of the neighbourhood kids until one got stuck in the up position and stayed there for three straight days. Kind of blew our gag
she probably brought her kid against company rules so she will not admit to knowing him

I sent the image to TAPS for analysis--they do this for a living. I will let you know what they say about the image. Personally, it's not the first time I've seen an unexplained face in a photograph. I don't think it's a hoax at all. At worst someone brought a child to work and didn't want anyone to know. But I will tell you, that haircut, shirt and I believe I see a cover-all strap look very much out of place in this day and age. I know you can still buy cover-alls and plaid shirts that button and some people cut their kids hair in that extreme way--but all together and then accidentally photographed in the window of an old mansion. That's nuts.
The story: A quiet unassuming wedding photographer moves to a new town, to escape his past...uh, his reputation...after a disastrous wedding job that ruined his career...yeah, yeah...and so he came to this quiet town and started all over.
But this town ain't what it seems.
Wedding after wedding, he sees dead wedding guests that no one else sees. The townspeople begin to think this strange new man is playing tricks on them, presenting brides with photos of supposed ghosts! "But they're real, I tell you! REAL!"
Slipping slowly out of his mind, he freaks out at a wedding, as dead wedding guests no one else sees gang up on him. It's Night of the Living Dead Wedding Guests!
"Can't you see them?! Can't you see them?!"
He freaks out and the groom whacks him over the side of the head with a candelabra and kills him dead.
Only he's not gone...he's a ghost himself, forever trapped in the realm of haunted weddings to photograph weddings for an eternity!! Mwahhahaha...

Alright...I dont mean to shoot this down...mostly because I don't believe in this stuff (its fun anyways though to pretend). But the historical sight says there were 3 children. One died on a steam boat (which rules himout) and the other two lived in the house until they died...at an old age I presume. So who is the young kid?
If the boy were standing behind the window looking out, you would expect to see some sort of lighting drop-off on his shoulder and perhaps some shadowing on his clothes around the inside edge of the window pane. The image also goes right up to the edge of the glass without accounting for any thickness of the frame around the window. I'm putting my money not on a kid siiting behind the window but rather a kid sitting on a layer in PS. Sorry.
