To all photogs out there that use Graphistudio... did you take advantage of their 50% off promotion they ran back in 2006? And have you since ordered the albums? I just ordered two that I had booked back then, but I didn't realize that the 50% off is taken off their 2006 pricing, not their current pricing, so its really not 50% off, since they lowered their normal pricing after 2006.
If you did order, were you aware of this at the time you finally ordered the book? I was totally taken off guard, partly my fault for not saving the promotion on my computer, and didn't realize that my cost for these two albums would be $500 more than I thought it would.
If any of you happened to save the jpg image from the original promotion, or an email with the fine print listing the 50% discount was taken off 2006 pricing, could you please send that to me? Thanks so much, I just want to make sure they aren't screwing me since I can't go back and find the original promotion on their website anymore, and the old emails I have from them that mention the 50% off discount were not the very original one, and they don't mention anything about 2006 prices.
Hi Gabe, thanks for that... but it doesn't show what they say on #1 in there, "promo terms and conditions". You wouldn't happen to have that info or email available would you?
More over does anyone have the email that states all of the 50% off books must be into Graphi by the end of this year? We have been told by our rep that we must have all of the books in order to get the discount. I sent a flaming email to them as we just finished a wedding at the end of October the couple took 2 weeks and we had the images to them when they returned and then we had to ask them to provide us the images asap so we could get their album done by the end of the year. We also have our draggin the feet brides who are still looking over their changes. Bottom line Graphi made the bigger books cheaper than the 8x12 so we promoted the upgrade at a discounted price so now we may have to eat the cost. Graphi did say that with there new pricing it really is only 10% more.
