Looking at getting a couple of books, any thoughts?
"The Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Book for Digital Photographers" by Scott Kelby and "The Complete Guide to Night and Low-Light Photography" by Lee Frost...
I have the Kelby book. It's good. I tells you a lot of how to and some why. It was written for version 1.0 and he has a free 1.1 update you can get. Even though 1.3 is out now I think the book would still be useful.
Don't know about the other.
thanks egd5, anyone else? any other books that are highly recommended dealing with Lightroom, photo processing and workflow? and even night photography? Anyone?
For Lightroom I like Mikkal Aaland's Lightroom Adventure. It was written for version 1.1 which was a pretty significant upgrade. Kelby's and Martin Evening's books on Lightroom are good, but you have to deal with the supplement for 1.1.
