Mike,
Your image is technically WOW, as usual.
With your title, "Inevitability", and your comment, "this is how I see life in general" do you see the balloons as floating downward??
Because of the hanging strings, To me it looks more like they are floating up and away from the peril below... "escaping." (I'm rooting for them. I can hear Gandalf's words in the background, "Fly! you fools.")

Carrol, The title does not fit my view of it. I think of it as a "be careful out there" or "avoidance" piece. I'm more of an optimist I guess.
