This was taken near Banff, Alberta at Vermillion Lakes. I found out when I arrived that the spot is quite popular as there were five other car's there by 6:30am. Well worth it though.
Thanks and it is an excellent lens for the price, as long as you have good eyesight, and patience. Think I lack both for the most part, but still enjoying using it
Zaitz: Thank you . I'd really like to see your work with film if you get the chance.
Ryan: Thank you as well . I'm intrigued that you like the look of HP5 more than Delta 400. The latter is such a beautiful film and those first two shots were taken as the sun was starting to set. The third and fourth shots were taken a bit earlier in the afternoon.
This is another student film set shot that shows Delta 400 at its best:

I haven't had very good results with any of the Delta films but that is very likely user error. I almost always use Fuji Acros these days...
I am not a fan of Delta 100. It's probably the aforementioned user error, but I just haven't liked the look I get with it. I really like TMAX 100, so I go with that instead. Delta 400 is just gorgeous in good light, and I'll be using it as long as it's made.
I've yet to shoot a single frame of Neopan, and that's because Tempe Camera doesn't stock it. I would like to shoot it at some point, however.

Gary stop it you're killing me. I only WISH that was in my back yard!
JR... most flowery post office I've ever seen!
Great shots all... keep 'em coming!
haha, i dropped off a package the other day and notice a nice lil walkway with flowers and such! so, i had another package to drop off today and decided to bring the d700 along with! (wanted to play with the newly acquired 50 1.4 zf too...)
of course, i only had 8 mins on the meter, so these were some quick snaps! haha
i go from zero MF lenses to now a Zeiss trinity (35, 50, 100)
Sigh... I really would love to just go put the credit down on a 21 or 25 right now to give me a Zeiss MF trinity and the Nikkor AF zoom trinity, but just can't swing it. Someday...
