The lightning picture was taken a few nights ago from Tempe, Arizona looking towards Phoenix, Arizona. And the light rail train image was taken near downtown Tempe, Arizona. The fireworks image was taken at the Tempe Town Lake on the 4th of July. I got my start in photography as a motorsports photographer. But they have since closed down my nearest race track. So I am trying to venture out and learn how to shoot other things. Thank you for looking.

Hi ReyGay, I have this on film in poorer light...of course. Is there still a little cafe up the hill on the right so you can eat and take pictures as well?
My wife and I stayed in the town below for three days. Very quiet place.
I haven't noticed as I was travelling at the speed limit there and had to brake suddenly when I saw that awesome, awesome view. But yes, I can see that there is a settlement up there but a cafe, I wish I knew as I needed the toilet at that time .
It was a Saturday and people were hoping for a great weather and I think due to this rare day, that town was quite lively and there were a lot of people...and just a warm and friendly environment as opposed to Auckland .
The symbol on the hubcap is Citroen.
Try the Citroen GT. http://www.citroen.com/
I used to own a DS21 here in the US, back in the '70s. Great car, but no repair shops. :-((

Raymond,
The DS21 was my first car. I bought it used for $ 900. US. in Brooklyn, NY.
It was fantastic. Air suspension, Semi-Automatic Transmission, 12" internal disc brakes, that never got wet. Shortest stopping distance of any car on the road. Removable rear quarter-panel for easy replacement.
Adjustable height suspension. Raise to Max height, put a supplied post mid-car, set height to minimum and you now can change both tires on the side with the post, no jack needed.
5-inch foam padded interior. 4 cylinders that had replaceable sleves to provide an instant rebuilt engine. At 100 mph, you thought you were doing 50 mph. Rock solid on the road.
Problem. One dealer, with two locations, neither of them close to my house.
The car rode so smoothly that I was not aware of the beating that I gave it on New York, pot-holed streets. (Rembember, my first car.)

Now that's one really cool car. Just watched the video. Love the design, especially the front end with the headlights glaring at you.
