I walked around the garden after a brief downpour to smell the air (yes I love the post rain scent) and saw these beads of water clinging to the leaves of a palm tree. Before those precious beads of water succumb to the law of gravity, I quickly ran back to the house, grabbed my camera and took this shot.

Thanks Bill. Actually we are in the middle of summer and it's a scorching one at that - temperatures can reach as high as 40C/104F. I was actually surprised that we had a short 15min downpour (wish it was longer though). It was like an oasis in the middle of a dessert. June & July is the rainy season in the Philippines, I'll make sure to send some moisture to you by then.
