After some tweeking, this will now be my final entry. I hope you like this new composition as I changed it slightly. This is a leaf hanging from a Sweet Gum tree. I did clone out the stem. Any and all C&C is most welcome. Thanks all that have already posted comments.

Jess, thanks for checking it out. You know I did not actually see this shape until I reviewed the shots on the monitor. But then, it just popped out. Just pure luck.

Thanks Bob. I think removing the stem brought it out on it's own but took away the real leaf feel. So, this is for fun this week. Many very nice entries this week.

Thanks Gotsy. I was toying with a gradient but was not too happy with the result. The leaf was not my idea though, it was just there to be discovered.
