This is the one I mean; as the walls are quite stiff it protects excellently. I only stack the 35 and 24, the rest has its own compartment. There is plenty of space left for odds and ends; I didn't show the contents of the front pouch.

The Artisan&Artist bag that Guy posted is one cool looking bag for sure,
especially with the Leica Red associated color interior... Supercool!
I have to agree... I wonder if there's a way to add third strap to it.
Gentleman, while you're pondering bags you might spend a few moments reflecting on wardrobe as well. I suggest a houndstooth jacket with suede elbow patches. A Burberry cashmere scarf and a pair of high quality driving gloves will round out an ensemble to properly frame the M8 draped about the neck on an alligator hide strap.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

No, a Tilley hat, Domke Photo Vest, Cabella's safari shirt and paints, Clark desert boots, and a Desert Shemagh for the scarf. The strap is improvised out of a FAMAS sling.
Have you guys tried Silkypix? It has proved to be excellent, arguably the very best for Kodak 14 series files and has superb quality as well as an impressive feature set. They seem to jump on all the Raw offerings, Kodak as an example, so I suspect they will cover the M8 pretty quickly. best....Peter

If by a third strap, you mean a short hand strap like the Domke's have, it shouldn't be hard at all.
I think what I have in mind is really called a cross strap and maybe also a 3-point strap. If you hang the main strap over your chest with the bag on your back, then the bag will tend to slide over to your stomach when you lean forward. The cross strap goes under your other arm and prevents this. It connects from a strap eye on the bottom side of the bag and crosses to the front part of the main strap itself.

Not to move the topic too far from the fashion satires above but wouldn't it be interesting if a new article about the M8 came out next week?
Cheers,

We will be anxiously awaiting your "impending" new article. I can't wait because in the end you are the voice of reason in such things. I often get to the Boston area where my oldest daughter lives (Mansfield MA) and I would love to have the opportunity to meet you and share some insights. Could you PM me your address so when my next trip is arranged I can talk to you directly to see if we can't connect.
They chose C1, I believe, because it's the best RAW converter out there with respect to final file quality. That's been my experience at least.
Best,
Sean
There seems to be a Kodak connection too. C1 was a better choice then doing it themselves like C and N who have done a good job of muffing their own conversion software.

Interesting? Nah, why would anyone here care about that?
(Party at Sean's house! Guy can pick everyone up in the Mancuso corporate jet.)
Good get on the 75. It's a great size, won't look too expensive to prying eyes.
I have a 75/2 that I've used a lot with the M's. It will be different of course (99) on the M8, but I think even better for me, hopefully not too long. For me will depend somewhat on if the higher ISO performance is as good as we hope.

It would be a BIG favor to me, and I'm sure others here, if you could cover what you find to be the best M8 file sharpening technique. Sharpening seems to be black magic; everyone has their own technique. Currently, I use 1DsII and Fred Miranda's Automated sharpening routine. Ocaisionally I use PK Sharpener, which has "Capture" modules and "output" modules.
Thanks...can't wait to see your impending review.
