p.1 #1 · Moab Entrada Papers; which profiles?

To those of you who use this paper, what are you using for profiles? The ones provided by Moab? Custom? Another paper manufacturers profiles? What paper choice are you using in the driver settings?

I'm especially interested in responses from those who use the epson r2400 or other epson k3 ink printers.

Thanks

I'm not using Moab papers, but I did print some test images on their sampler pack using their profiles. I thought the results were good. I'm using an Epson R1800.

I use custom profiles by www.cathysprofiles.com and have had very good results on the papers that I now use.

I also use a R1800, but got a custom profile for the Entrada Natural 300. The canned Moab profile wasn't good enough for my specific printer. The canned profile for my replaced R800 was great, I wouldn't have gotten a custom for the R800. If the color is good enough from the Moab profile, I would stick with that.
Print out a bunch of 2x3's on the same sheet with different profiles and settings and see if any suit you, if not, get a custom profile.

I use Moab Kayenta Bright for proofs and Entrada Bright 300 for fine art prints with my R2400, both for color and B&W prints. I use the Moab supplied profiles with which I'm reasonably happy. Paper settings are specified by Moab. For Kayenta and Entrada bright papers the paper setting is watercolor radiant or something like that. All-in-all, I really like these papers. I prefer whiter papers and haven't tried the Entrada Natural.

Have fun!

I just bought a bunch of the Entrada 190 Natural which I have used on my Epson 2200 with the Moab profile (and using the setting specified by them).

I am very pleased with te results.. I find when I use the "soft proof" in PS, it is very very close to how my prints come out.

Given that I plan to use this paper for awhile, I may get cathysprofiles to make a profile for me... but so far I havent really needed one
