p.1 #1 · F100 and MS-13 battery Holder

Anyone using the F100 with the MS-13 battery holder? This holder permits using two CR123a batteries, like those that fit into the F6.
If so, how do those batteries work out in the F100? I cannot find these holders anywhere.

I assume they rock on an F100. 2 cr123's will be a lot lighter than 4 AA's, also, might last a little longer. I also think that with VR lenses the lithiums might help in having power always. Or, you can just sport 4 lithium AA's eh? Lithium cells are also great for built-in flashes.

My F100 did not do so well in that config. Capacity is less than with lithium AAs. Go with the 4xAA L91 cells unless you want to save a few $ by using the lesser-priced CR123As.

I was hoping to simplify my life and have less AA cells to carry but that is hardly possible with Nikon. The MS-13 battery holders, which I cannot find anywhere for the F100, takes two CR123A batteries. These are the same batteries that my F6 uses.
I have found these batteries on eBay as recharchables and now I have a number of them. It is not a matter of less expensive but more compatable.
I thought I could just switch everything over to CR123a.
I actually have the grip for the F6 which accepts AA cells but I never needed it.
