A lens is truly a mechanical marvel, but you do need light, so...

This is my 50 f/1.8 and my living room lamp taken with my 28-70 f/2.8L
C&C very desired.
Had another version of this pic entered at first, but I just liked the centered version better.

I missed the first one, but this has a nice balance to it. Maybe the dark area weighted to the lower right side helps with that. The image has a nice 3d effect and sharpness is great.
