Bought a lens twice now, great service, shipping was only about 5 days to The Netherlands. And Hugo wraps his packages very well! (no VAT (MwSt in German))

OK folks, thank you all for the comments. It seems a personally prob between H. and me. Maybe I asked him too much regarding VAT and taxes or maybe my parfum doesn't smell him ;-) What ever, he selects his buyer and he does not want to sell anything to me. I am trustly not from customer clearance and tax department, don't worry.
