i use a modified russell brown subsituting a color balance adj layer for hue/sat. there was much more available in this image. i took the mouth darker in levels then mask everything but the mouth on the layer mask. i also used a USM 20, 10, 0 to pop the contrast. it looks like the throat had an unatural blur applied. best...skip
the key to working the russell brown technique is to adjust the 'shadows' (radio button) first, then the highlights. i rarely adjust the midtones. the tone fill layer is optional and was set at 5% opacity for the screen shot. i would have epected some stuble and skin texture on the neck, it looks smooth. best...skip
