VR II in motion mode, Hanging out of the boot at 40kph, 18-200 VR i think the shutter speed was 1/30th.
Tried without VR on, and they looked like i was pretty drunk.
Back in the day when i used the F100 with the 20mm or 24mm, i would get exposures down to 1/15th with nice blur!!!
Cheers guys, its a little soft but still in CS it looks quite good.
I've only used motion mode once so i'm looking forward to more results using this... i'll post more when i shoot more of the moving stuff...
Just came back from a trip from Launceston, Tasmania. We were so rushed for time, and in the end the weather was our downfall but i really can't wait to get back down there,it has tremendous scenery and i know its going to be much better as i know where to shoot..
Not so much VR but the 12-24, just wish i had of placed the car better than what it is there... so so disappointed, i feel that i pushed beyond the limits of what could be achieved in one day (shooting too many cars)...
Jun, you pull off some really cool car shots! The blur in that first shot is super. The only problem I see, the driver is on the wrong side of the car.

haha thanks Jack.... Us silly Aussie drivers,we need to learn off the yanks
This shot, i might blend in where you can see that fence/timber thing...
Still shot, 80-200, with the mountains in the background..
Notice the haze in the background, thats from the bushfires that has been filtering down south, i thought i would keep that there to show the intense summer we had here in Melbourne and further down south in Tasmania. The hills and mountains were blanketed with smoke and haze all weekend.
Hi Jasin
The moving shots were from the 18-200VR II... in motion mode.
The stills with the 80-200 or the 12-24.
Heres a shot in Normal VR mode with the 18-200 VR
