I e-mailed Cameta about the demo cameras. They told me the cameras come from Nikon and are sealed. They do not open each one to check actuations. It's all dependant on what Nikon takes in and considers a candidate for the demo line I guess.
I bought a demo version through someone else! They had bought the camera from cameta and they were switching to cannon! So I bought it from a guy on ebay, it only had about 2500 shots taken! It was perfect condintion, you wouldnt be able to tell it had been used!!
The only trouble was, I payed a little extra as I thought I wouldnt pay customs through the guy on ebay! Sadly I did, and then I had to pay an extra 250£
I did want to buy a demo version, as they seem to have had low use and also still had a warranty! A month after I bought the d2h I hear they are doing free service for the shutter problem, and I was like damn! I paid 300-400£ more for one with a warranty!!
PS Will cameta fix a camera if you have the original warranty from the previous owner?
I just wanted to update everyone, I received a full refund including shipping today. While I was disappointed I didn't receive a camera with low clicks, I don't feel Cameta ripped me off. I thought I would offer my experience with them as a "cautionary tale", hopefully you all will have better luck.

I had a similar experience with Cameta................ had to return a lens due to some 'wear issues'. They did refund the purchase price. I didn't get a refund on the shipping though.
I would deal with Cameta again, BUT only on new HW.
