Wow 50 rolls a month, Why not just shoot digital and save all that money on film costs? or do you have to shoot film for some reason?
The 1N -RS with the pelicle mirror is also a good camera. The pelicle mirror is a nice feature (There is no mirror blackout) I own the EOS RT which has the pelicle mirror and its fantastic and has a really fast shutter release time (Around 000.8th of a sec from the time you press the shutter to the time it records and is ready for the next shot!). The 1N-RS is also cheaper than the 1VHS but doesen't have the 45pt autofocus.

Refurbished; for the one I have, taken into service for a tune-up and cleaning, and restored with all its accessories/manuals. These are often loaners or demo's. The one I have is indistinguisable from new outside of the shots taken (about 9000). Sorry about the slang; I usually look at the country of orgin as a guidline but missed it...
That isn't actually all that much. By the time you wear out any body at that rate, the cost of the body will be insignficant compared to film, etc.
No, not really. Not all that useful really, but nice sometimes to know your exposure info.
Hmm .. I hear this a lot and it always makes me wonder. If you are using the body with a light lens, no death grip is required; a light grip in one hand will more then suffice. I think people might be over-grasping their bodies In any case, a 1V is not small, with or without the power-pack. It depends on what you intend to use it for; for example, for street the power pack is a definite disadvantage as it makes the camera non-touristy and obvious, changing how people view you. In any case you will have to find out for yourself whether you like it or not....Show more →
