Well, This thread really shows the talent of Photographers on this Forum. I have learned a lot from here over the last year. I am still new to Wildlife photography and have been very happy with the 1st shooting. Here is one of my favorate photos. It is of a Short-eared Owl hunting over a field in pretty heavy show fall. Shot was taken at Killdeer State WA, OH with Digital Rebel and Canon 100-400 lens.

Thank you very much for the kind words, I got very lucky with that pose :-). And I fully agree with you about the quality of shots posted here, it is very impressive to say the least.
While most of my best shots are of bears, eagles, and other Alaskan wildlife this year, I thought I would post something that hasn't been seen here yet.
There are 7 humpback whales feeding in this shot, although they are all so close together it is hard to distinguish each one.
