You won't be sorry! I just did the same thing 1 month ago, but with a bit less Nikon gear. Yes, I do miss a few things about the Nikon gear, but being able to shoot for $$$ at ISO 3200 is truly a dream, and I don't mean sports for a crappy dpi newspaper, I mean pictures of a show that will be printed and may even turn into posters. Best of luck, and feel free to PM me if you have any conversion questions - I came from S2, S3, D70, and D70 to 5D and 20D. Here is a great combo, by the way: 5D with 24-105 f/4.0 IS + 20D with 70-200 f/2.8 IS The combo will give you continuous 24 - 320, with only a 7mm gap from 105 to 113.
