You can find very helpful info, and wonderful images taken by the most published wildlife photgrapher of all times.
I absolutely Love these lesson format post you have here Tom. Ever considered posting something similar over on TPF? Regardless, Thank you for the time you put into this! I appreciate it.
Wow and a super big thank you!
The first pic of that fly, is beautiful. And who would ever say that......except that you captured its beauty so perfectly.
Wow!
and thank you.
Thom: Thank you for your clear explanations and awesome pictures. I believe you did something like this before and I posted my comments and if I am repeating my thoughts, please Mr. Moderator go ahead and discard these ones.
Photography is not that difficult, specially today with such technically advanced cameras. Each photograph deserves a good exposure, good composition and when indicated, creativity. Visual design is most important and requires seeing instead of looking. If your photograph says something, you already achieved your goal.
Yes Tom, rules were made to be broken BUT, make sure when you brake them that the results are pleasant to the eye.
Finally, photography is not about which gear is better; it is about how you use your tools. You make the picture, the camera and lens simply record the image.
Excellent photographs and hopefully, they will bring an inspiration to the younger generations of photographers.
