I'm afraid I'm late to this party, Al. But, I stopped in and gasped at the nice look of this image. It is certainly reminiscent of the French Impressionists, particularly in the fantastic reflection. This image goes to show that it doesn't always take a lot of saturated colors to make an image. This one "pops" in its own demure way, and in fact is overall a quite simple composition, if you don't take into account the details of the leaves. I think that the simplification comes from the reflection acting as a stabilizer to the "wholeness" of the patterns.
I always welcome your detailed comments. I am glad you didn't miss this one. Always appreciate your sincere words especially on this composition which is a new location for me. Thanks a lot my friend.

Al,
I like the original version...beautiful shot.
Hi Sunny,
Great to hear from you! Glad you like the composition, really there is not much difference between the original and the edited only in the immediate foreground. Thanks. Always love to hear from you.
