I am hoping someone can help me out here and explain to me what " off -no wrap " & " on wrap" in #a7 focus area on the D2X means

Ahh. That would be as you move the focus point in the view finder it goes of the top and back to the bottem of from the left and out on ther right side or vis versa. I like the setting to be on wrap.

In what instances does this come in handy?

It's like a cursor wrap on a computer.
You don't have to go all the way back across the screen, you simply keep going off the screen and it comes back up the other side.

It's handy if you like it, in all other instances it would not be
