Hi everyone,
For starters, I'm looking for real world feedback instead of AI summaries on use of 10-stop ND filters for the Leica Q3 43. The assumption here is I won't be able to use the square hood and probably won't work on a macro setting which I don't really intend to do.
I already have Kase Revolution 77mm filter set and wanted to know the following:
1) will a step-up ring be the most economical solution and what is the disadvantage?
2) should I buy a dedicated 49mm Kase filter set plus the 10-stop magnetic filter?
3) what other brands would you recommend that does not alter the color and maybe a cheaper alternative.
I already have the Tekiac UV, black mist, and .9 ND (three-stop) filters but the ND filter is not enough for long exposure photography.
