Hello Film Community! Introducing HDT Lab and repair
We are thrilled to officially introduce HDT Lab & repair , a brand-new analog service and processing hub located in Northern California, just outside Sacramento.
We are a team of dedicated film enthusiasts bringing together specialized expertise in complex mechanical and optical restoration, aesthetic reconditioning, and high-quality film processing. We know exactly what these cameras and negatives mean to the people who shoot them, and we handle every piece of gear and every roll of film as if it were our own.
Film Processing & Scanning:
We process 35mm, 120, and cine film.
Flat Rate: $10 per roll for color and $13 for cine or bw
Scan Quality: High-quality digital files delivered at roughly 3 to 4 mb per file using sp3000 or hs1800
Hires scan at 10+ mb available for only $3 extra

We specialize in servicing the following systems:
Leica M, CM , minilux
Rolleiflex
Hasselblad 500 and 200 series
Contax (including T, G, and 645 systems)

Our Current Phase:
Because we are fresh on the scene, our repair desk is currently operating on a limited scope to thoroughly test our workflow and ensure our quality standards are completely dialed in. If you have a camera sitting on the shelf that needs some attention, we would love to take a look at it and let you know exactly what we can do for you.
Pricing & Peace of Mind:
Our goal is to keep film alive and accessible, so our prices are highly affordable compared to the current market average. We also stand firmly behind our craftsmanship: every repair comes with a 2-month guarantee. If your camera fails after our service, bring it back—we provide automatic free checks and repairs to make it right.

repair cost is depend on the problem. I can give a general estimate based on thy symptoms but it wont be accurate until I open the camera,
Always great to have more options out there! With Jim Kilroy of Barn Owl Cameras passing unexpectedly last fall, we're in need of more Hasselblad repair techs.
