We had a strong cold front come through two nights ago and yesterday morning it was cold and very windy. I headed to Oakland Lake as it's sheltered on 3 sides and found a spot where the wind was not blasting and the birds went there as well. Heavy clouds made it quite dark so I cranked up my ISO as there was no chance of perched shots without the tree moving from the wind. This American Robbin was enjoying the berries on a tree and I captured it as it departed the tree.
Comments and suggestions welcome,
