Not really. I suppose if you don't have a Nikkor PC-E or Canon TSe II or if you use Sony. Lack of a front filter also sucks. The main question is if it has any electronics to inform the camera of the parameters for light falloff and other abberations that change when the lens is shifted.
I wish the Chinese would make a 35/2.8 TS or some other different focal length not already done by everyone for decades.
