Made a last minute dash for this event. Missed the F35s flying over, but caught a few others. It's a small airshow, very few planes and a mix of classic cars and modern. It was a nice outing to say the least. The remnants of Hurricane Rachel showed up just in time to bring rain and overcast.
"It's a small airshow" -- definitely not, Colleen, with those huge WWII bombers. Great photos; the clouds were a nice background for the planes. Good on you for getting prop blur. Sedona, right? I saw an airshow slash carshow, but nothing this amazing.
I guess compared to the other two air shows at the Air Force base, it’s smaller but honestly it was nicer. Not the typical long lines, or far away parking. The prop blur was a toughy at 600mm and during the peak of the day hah. Yes this was in Sedona.
