p.1 #1 · CPL filter compatibility with Sony lens hoods

I’m wanting to purchase Breakthrough X4 or B+W Master 77mm and 82mm CPL filters for my 70-200 GM2 and 24-70 GM2 lenses. Can anyone confirm if either of these work with the lens hood or are they too big? Thank you

I cannot tell you fit on those lenses. But these are the caliper measured outer diameters of my polarizers:

Hoya 77mm HD CPL: 79.95mm
Marumi 82mm Exus CPL: 84.95mm
